I need to know how to transfer pictures from my digital camera to my PC.?
I am a newbie when it comes to using a PC. Vivitar 6150s camera I buy has a user manual, but the information always assumes the buyer has a detailed knowledge of the use of a PC. I need instructions step by step once the USB cable connects the camera to your PC. In addition, following the detailed instructions are provided, need to be told what to do when I want to add more photos to the original photos already transferred. I Soorya to appear so ignorant, but I'm 77, and am relatively new to using my PC recently purchased. Thanks.
Sometimes cameras come with software to install to help facilitate the transfer of images to your computer. You may want to see if that is the case with the camera. The camera uses an SD card. Acts as a hard drive of your computer. Then You can copy all the photos from there on your real hard disk. To add additional photos, you would do the same, and just copy the new pictures in the folder you have used before.
