Using a portable screen used as a flat panel monitor on a desktop PC?
I have a Compaq Presario laptop unusable. Mother simply not work anymore. I want to rescue their 14 "LCD, adapting to a VGA connector and an external power source DC. The question is … do not know exactly how. It would be great if someone has the wiring diagram or any information … Mayor if someone gives me instructions. The laptop has a Trident video adapter can not remember specific model. For more information I can check my laptop. Thanks
Trident? I still do video cards? I have not seen in. 10-12 years … I guess. Nevertheless, you should consult HP / Compaq for the wiring diagram, though I doubt it still is ….. but you do not know "to you ask. I have serious doubts that will make this work unless you know how to weld …. and well.
