What about Canon Powershot SD400 digital camera from me?
It was a great camera for two years, and then today, when I try to switch on only shows the "Start" screen image, then beeps three times, then turns back. I charged the battery just to be sure, but still doing the same! Is my camera broken?!
Is the goal to go out? The beeps to start is usually a sign that something is preventing the lens out. Sometimes that may be of dust and sand that has been done in the slots and can be a dent if the camera has been dropped. In general, the screen will have some more information as to what was the problem. It uses a Li-Ion battery that does not last forever. After a couple of years, need to be replaced because they can no longer hold their charge. That is another possible problem that could be having.
