The sharp questions about digital camera
As more and more people choose the digital camera, the digital camera is becoming more and more popular, but sometimes you can meet some problems about them, you do not know how to solve them. Here I will show you some of them for your reference, I am sure they are very useful for you.
Is digital camera image stabilization important?
Image stabilization, sometimes shortened to IS, helps prevent blurry photos from camera shake. Image stabilization is especially important for cameras with large zoom lenses. Optical image stabilization is the best type of IS because it involves actually moving the parts of the camera to compensate for camera shake. Many recent point-and-shoot models now contain IS, although not all of them offer optical IS.
How to find a camera for downloading photos fast and easy?
Nearly all point and shoot cameras make use of Hi-speed USB, also called USB 2.0 for downloading photos fast. Some high-end cameras use FireWire, which offers greater speed.
How to choose the best camera image stabilization?
If you are confused by “IS” that might be tacked on to the end of the name of the digital camera you are considering. You aren’t alone. IS, when used with a digital camera, is short for “image stabilization technology,” which allows the camera to help you reduce blurry photos from camera shake. Although camera image stabilization isn’t new, more consumers—level digital cameras now include IS technology. As IS becomes more prevalent, it’s important to know what you are buying, as image stabilization is available in a few different configurations. Optical IS: for compact digital cameras aimed at beginner and intermediate photographers, optical image stabilization (sometimes shortened to OIS) are the preferred IS technology. The hardware correction found with optical IS is the most precise form of image stabilization. It does not require increasing the ISO sensitivity, which can compromise photo quality. Digital IS: digital image stabilization only involves using software and digital camera settings to minimize the effects of camera shake, essentially, digital IS increasing the ISO sensitivity, which is the measurement of the camera’s sensitivity to light. With the camera able to create an image from less light, the camera can shoot at a faster shutter speed, which minimizes blur from camera shake. Dual IS: dual IS isn’t quite as easy to pin down, as manufacturers define it differently. The most common definition of dual image stabilization involves a combination of hardware stabilization (as found with optical IS) and increased ISO sensitivity (as found with digital IS).
What camera resolution do we need?
When shooting photos with your digital camera, you can set the camera to shoot at a camera resolution designed to meet your needs. For photos you plan to only use on the internet or send by email, you can shoot at a lower resolution, if you know you want to print the photo, you will need to shoot at a higher resolution. before looking at how resolution amounts relate to photo print sizes, some factors play a significant role in determining how your digital photos will look on the computer screen and on paper: proper lighting, lens quality, steadiness of camera, auto-focus on the proper subject, proper shutter speed for moving or stationary subject, clean equipment.
