Question about Digital Camera Philips Keychain?
I recently bought this and the instructions say not to connect the camera to the computer until the software has been added. Stupidly plugged the camera into the USB port before reading the instructions, doing exactly what I said no. Now I added the software and try to open it says "Driver not open." The instructions with the camera work that shooting guide to open a document CD tell me how to fix it. This document does not open on my computer. HELP HELP HELP!
Right-click My Computer, Properties, Hardware, Device Manager button, to see if you have some branch with red or yellow on a normal icon, if so, click the industry to highlight it, then click the button Delete from the menu, try installing the software, then connect the camera cable.
