What is the diopter on my cam SLR (Nikon D90)?
I know it has something to do with the viewer, but do not know why. I'm still in the adjustment it while looking through the viewfinder but there is no change, I guess. No zoom or blur or whatsoever. So what should I expect to see if it fit? I think my camera is broken, right? Please help. Thanks in advance.
The best way to set your diopter is to target the camera at a blank wall, set the camera to manual focus, and completely blur the target. Then adjust the diopter until towards information in the viewfinder (AF points, etc) are as sharp as you can get.
