Digital camera question?
During the last couple of months I've been looking for in a high technology camera instead of keeping my little Kodak. I'm looking to buy one of the largest, black cameras with interchangeable lenses (IDK what they are called) rather than a thin one. I was looking Sony DSC-H7, but tests made me reconsider. Now I was looking through Nikon Cameras. My question is: Can anyone recommend a camera that takes pictures big, not too high, and may take several frames a second. I've been looking through so many cameras these past two days, I want a recommendation of a camera. Now, I'm young and do not have a job. So the price is a factor, but a small one. I can save money, but I prefer that the price is low. But it is great thing.
What you're looking for is called a digital SLR (single lens reflex). Indeed, the Sony you mentioned above is not one. I looked the entry level models from Canon and Nikon. Both companies make great cameras and lenses. You can not go wrong with any of them. Some models do it. Canon XSi XTi or Nikon D40 or D60 These cameras all it will cost between $ 500 and $ 1,000 for a purpose. SLR cameras work differently to the point and shoot cameras, so it is recommended that you take a class. The models shown all have an automatic setting, but if you learn how to adjust aperture, shutter speed, ISO and manual white balance you will be happier. Some differences between point and shoot cameras would be. 1. You can change lenses. There are lenses made for each situation imaginable. From wide angle to super telephoto. 2. The ability to control everything manually. The shutter speed, aperture, ISO, white balance and focus. 3. Much better image quality. This comes from a better optical sensor and a much larger image. The image sensor is about 15 times greater than that of a target chamber and shoot. 4. Most do not have live view through the LCD screen. Some do but it is better to learn to compose through the viewfinder.
