Photo accessories for a person starting out?
I have an interest in photography and plan to buy a Nikon D90 soon and take some digital photography classes. What are some other essentials that any photographers out there can recommend someone starting (like a tripod, Some lenses, remote trigger, etc)? I know I'm ready for a lot of fancy equipment yet, but I would like to know some basic things that have to go along with my camera. Thanks to everyone for all the useful information. Give me something to work. Since we know so little about photography at this time I'll leave it to genius of photography out there to vote for the best answer. Thanks again.
Get the camera with the kit lens and maybe a lens 50 mm … learn how to use lenses or … Other elements necessary UV filters for each of your lenses to protect the front glass .. (The best you can afford, cheap filters not worth getting) .. a circular polarizing filter for each lens size. Lens cleaning, and a bag bigger than you think you'll need. A battery Additionally, and two memory cards of 4 GB … would be a good start for you.
