Eye Cup Nikon
Nikon D40 macro help plzzzzz?

Well this is what I have happnening the target set in A (auto), the camera is set in the flower (macro) and when I try to take pictures and press the round button to make an image that functions as the zoom more i hold the button the zoom in and out ….. how then take the picture if this button does not work …….. like 50 times i clik on this button and then finally takes the picture. When I look at the cup inside the eye I see three like this [] [] [] and last [] blinking red when I press the round silver button. What to do? (I do not want this camera to automatic keep in macro)

Its objective is the pursuit of a subject to focus. You will have manual focus in the first issue, then you can put it back in the automatic approach to fit this approach. Then you will be able to take the picture. Indeed, A (automatic) is the default picture taken (camera full control over the configuration). The flower is for macros. The Nikon D40s is the manual focus cameras. You will only be able to autofocus with the lens is a focusing lens automatic. Since you have DSLR, and if you seriously get into macro photography, it would be better to buy a macro lens. You did not mention if you use a macro lens or a standard zoom lens. If you buy a macro lens, no need to worry about how to use the macro environment.
