Seeing that have 3GB of RAM and a 320GB hard drive I'm assuming that your computer is fairly new so you should do well. Maybe it depends on how well the graphics card, you may experience lag when running on a high-resolution graphics and all, but even with a basic graphics card can still operate at a somewhat lower resolution and not have the graphics set to full capacity and the game runs well for you.
