I guess then that are commonly used. Binoculars for general use, without knowing more details of use must be 8 or 10 and to have objective lenses 30 to 40 mm. Should be waterproof and fogproof case. It could be used by any person, must have eye relief of at least 17 mm for someone who wears glasses can use.
