I'm trying to figure out the arm of the crane load acting on the lift cylinder hydraulic ram.?
I have an angle sensor and boom length sensor to calculate the radius of the pen. The load has to be measured by means of 1 or 2 pressure sensors in the flow and return side of the piston Hydraulic. I know I have to also calculate the effective radius of ram force to calibrate the sensor i before calculating the load on any radio pen. Please anyone can help to develop an equation or I go to a website that can help me solve this problem. Thanks Shaun
just treat it like a simple problem lever with a load hanging on. then divide the area of the bottle to obtain the necessary pressure.
