Best digital camera in the U.S.?

"Better" is an adjective rather subjective. Photographers all defend the choices they did, because they have a financial and emotional investment. Canon and Nikon digital SLR cameras are used most, but you will find fans of Fuji, Sigma, among others. As for the "best" if you mean the most expensive, look it up on line any camera dealer that sells more than one brand. Having worked in a camera store, I can tell that the sellers receive awards for pushing certain brands. But I think the "best" should mean the one that suits your needs and wishes for the immediate future. It's like cars, clothes, or friends. Nobody must make judgments for you. Remember, if you look the best, you will be envious when the model appears below. And if you wait to the next and the next, I'll never buy one camera.
